Family run restaurant serving Ethiopian and Indian food. The waitress who took my order did not seem to know the Ethiopian items on the menu and persistently recommended Indian curries when I specifically asked for Ethiopian food recommendations. Ordered the lamb Wat and some garlic naan in the end. The lamb Wat, served with rice was really tasty with just enough spice and heat. The same however could not be said for the garlic naan. It was probably closer to the parota/ paratha than naan. It was obviously pan fried rather then made the traditional way. (Unless that is how Ethiopian naan is made) The overall experience was positive. Warm service, good Ethiopian food (Indian naan was subpar) at a reasonable price, making one of the better places to dine in Mount Isa. 4/5 stars.

The service was extremely slow, meals were cold and had so much salt in the curries that our table could not eat our meals. We we were not given water. I'm not fussy but this was the worst meal I have ever had. Was really disappointed as I love supporting and trying new places with different food.

I married into an indian family and we both agree these are the best curries in town. Takes about 30 min for your food to be ready when you're the only people in the restaurant but that's the only complaint.
