Absolutely Dental @ Kirwan Plaza, Townsville

Thanks to Trish at Absolutely Dental Kirwan. Not only did she call to remind me of the appointment, I’d forgotten about, but also conveyed messaging around billing to afford me guaranteed confidentiality, dignity and respect. Trish using her superb emotional intelligence, intricate knowledge of procedures and excellent communication skills impressed me today and I felt I had to write but also thank all the ladies at AD Kirwan. When a man can walk in and feel welcome, included and genuinely cared for, you’ve created a special environment that I always enjoy attending. Thanks again Trish - Great job, I’m welcome

Very professional staff, communication was great from the reception staff, giving a walk through of the facilities and a brief run-down of the dentist that I would be seeing. Dr Geoff was great, easy to interact with and keeps you engaged in conversation for those that prefer to be distracted.

I've had an beautiful experience at absolutely dental Kirwan, all of the staff are so welcoming and everyone has a beautiful smile, I'd highly recommend Dr Sud's and Talia, they work awesome as a team and just down to earth people, really appreciate what they do

Great experience. Warm and welcoming, Trish and the admin team were great and Dr Geoff really knows his stuff, was professional and friendly, and fixed what I needed quickly and without pain. Gave good sensible advice without being pushy. Will definitely be back in a few months for a proper review.

Just was want to give a big shout out to both Kirwan and lakes store , they were fast , pain free , both Trish and sky were so lovely . Would recommend this dentist to everyone.

I always wanted to review this dental clinic however it won’t let me do it all the time. Today I accidentally found out I can write google review, so I can write it up Dr Dinesh started my implant procedure on 06/2018 and inserted the implant on 01/2019 then it ended up fail. Not even 1 and half years I had lost all the money. I made a complaint about it, but they wouldn’t do anything. I am not longer living in Townsville, but I could go if they asked me to come. What a wasting money and time.

Dr. Ali reminds me of the inspirational quote from Fred Hollows. “Every eye is an eye if you are doing surgery … that is just as important as if you were doing eye surgery on the Prime Minister or the King”. Dr Ali reminds me of him when he pays particular attention to your teeth regardless of who you are or your role in the community. It is nice to be treated as a person rather than a number or rushed to have the work finished hurriedly. From my experience, two businesses come to mind, one with Dr Ali and his staff and the other with Moon Concept Salon with Cerrie and Derek.

I want to give these guys 10/10 for Dr Ali Mohammadi is a genius he has fixed up my many fillings and some were very difficult as had not been fixed previously by other dentists he has picked up all the pieces that other dentists never properly fixed in the first place… This man is amazing and really does a fantastic job, he numbs my mouth well and also has a good chat about what needs doing he is so efficiently Xray me nearly every time to make sure the jobs done right the first time… I’m glad I’ve found a dentist that is excellent at his job and very focused. The receptionist Trish at Kirwan was lovely as well and gave great customer care and service with a smile … You have a great team Dr Ali and you should be super proud of yourself as your up there with the best and I can’t recommend you highly enough as your amazing - thanks so much for fixing my many teeth problems - kindest thanks Natalie Newman Disabilty Support Worker

Amazing experience with the team at Kirwan today. Dr Mark is an absolute Wizard at what he does. His assistant Britney was also amazing! Both very patient with my 17yr old.

Dr Ali has cured my fear of dentists. Amazing doctor so caring and kind. I spent 20 years terrified to go the dentist. Thanks to this fantastic team I am a changed person. I'm so grateful, I can't recommend them highly enough.
