I recently underwent a crown lengthening procedure at North Queensland Family Dental by Dr Collins and Alix and I must say, it was an excellent experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed safe and comfortable. The procedure itself was performed with precision and care, and the results were beyond my expectations. Not only did they enhance the appearance of my smile, but the team also ensured that I understood each step of the process. I highly recommend North Queensland Family Dental for their professionalism, expertise, and exceptional patient care.
5 STARS THIS PLACEnnI’ve moved to Australia just under a year ago from the UK and was a bit hesitant to go to a dentist being in a new country. This place made me feel really comfortable and spoke me through every step of the way I could really trust them and definitely will be back a great team they have with a warming welcoming and extremely polite staff can’t thank them enough and DR Collins who was my dentist was extremely helpful all the way through my treatment. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Great friendly family dental practice. Always helpful. Dentists keep you informed all the way along. So far I have four crowns and I cannot fault their professionalism
Started treatment with North Queensland Famiy Dental and wow what a positive experience. Have hated attending dentist for years and never had a positive experience, however these guys really know how to make the dentist a positive experience. My experience started with a guided tournFrom the wonderful Demi who quickly put me at ease, followed by meeting my dentist Dr Lombardi who really listened to me and broke down my needs to a level that I could understand. Follow up treatments booked and unfortunately my first appointment had to be changed due to sickness. However the wonderful Dr Dylan Collins stepped in ensured I was I comfortable to proceed and showed such genuine kindness and respect it was such a positive experience and yes it was the dentist. Thank you team you are all amazing and have made my dental experience a positive thing for the first time in my life. Can not recommend this practise enough, kind compassionate, caring service
North Queensland Family Dental is a very professional practice. From the assistance with booking all members of my family to the welcome when we arrived shows a high level of care and professionalism. Dr Mitchell Rae is a friendly dentist who's expert care makes each of us leave the appointment with a sparkling smile.
