Had a paper jam. surprisingly was unable to find anyone close to where i live in caroline springs. Quick call to the office said technician can have a look. Met David first time. Easy access to site. Great, reasonable service. All fixed while i wait. Highly recommend. Keep up the good work.

David went above and beyond in the repair of my laptop, dedicating his full attention to my issue and applying decades of industry experience. David invested a great deal of concern for my files and after working out a fix I was called by David a few days later checking that the problem was still fixed and that no further action was needed. Attention to detail and a great deal of customer service warrants a five-star review for this establishment, although if you're looking for a normal technician you should head down the road! Low-cost to conscience, low-cost to card.

Great service, industry knowledge, value for money and quick turn around. 
Very happy & grateful for helping me fix my laptop computer.

Great service from David I had a gas leak detector and no one would help me but David came through with the goods thanks again david

Setting up my telescope for a trip away and realise that my USB to serial RJ5 cord was damaged. Badly.
Took it to David and fixed it in 10 mins.
Great service, professional. Part repaired and it worked perfectly.
