Very bad customer service, bought some Kanafa paid $14 , the ugly rude lady only gave me a very small portion.... NICE premises though , but always empty, no wonder OVERPRICED and rude and Arrogant staff, they think they are too good-looking for the everyday customer, they need to look in the mirror for REALITY check , most staff are UGLY and fat

Rude and arrogant staff ..... the lady at the counter was clearly not happy to serve me. I ordered a few cakes for takeaway and she placed them on a disposable plate and put it in a paper bag. She explained that they do not give cakes in boxes! The cakes were average, have had much better in the area. I would suggest owners to invest in some good staff and customer service training. Go there if you want to pay, to be looked down upon, and insulted.

In my personal opinion - They should have someone behind the counter who knows how to be warm and polite and actually serve the customer. Discourteous staff. Bad service. Not just from one experience, been there three times. Not going back there again.
