I have seen quite a few dentists in my life and ABC Dental has been the best by a mile. Fantastic friendly staff. The dentist I saw, Brendan De Silva was incredible. Thoroughly explained everything. Was gentle and efficient. I had a root canal done which is normally a horrid experience. At ABC Dental it was a dream. Could not recommend them enough.
The customer service was awesome, booked in for a clean on short notice and was able to get it done the same day. The dentist was very thorough and and was able to inform me of some cavities I should get seen to. Their prices and work were very good and would recommend anyone to go the abc dental.
Professional and friendly dentist. Also very efficient from work point of view. We had wisdom teeth extraction today and Dr Jacob was so easy with it, we were so tensed but Dr Jacob made it seems it was nothing and did it so smoothly literally in few minutes. Highly recommended.
Dr Amy Lo Monaco was amazing! Very friendly, gentle & professional! She was working in the Miranda and Pitt Street office however I don’t think she is working there anymore as I was unable to book her in. I will probably discontinue as a client as I was referred to remove my wisdom teeth in the Pitt street ABC Dental, I think they have moved, so I was not able to submit any review for Pitt Street location Pitt Street Mall I had the worst experience!! Yes the dental surgeon was friendly, outgoing and bubbly, however when I had my procedure done, it was a nightmare!! 1. They prescribed Valium so I had to go to the closest chemist to purchase the pill 2. I had to go buy a water bottle and take the pill ASAP then had to go back to the office and wait for approx an hour, so I could get sleepy, but I was wide awake 3. They calmed me down which was amazing however when he started the procedure he took a long time to pull my wisdom teeth out!! I could see him using the tool and trying his hardest to pull it out I could see he was struggling thank god I got the local anesthesia to numb my gums! Otherwise i would of cry!! Literally! Then finally it was removed, and I was instantly relieved as I could feel the force and pressure he was using on the metal tool and let me tell you this was not a pleasant experience!! After and 1-2 hours the numbing disappeared and OMG this was the worst part!! It was so painful!!! I couldn’t eat or drink, and I could feel the pulsing nerve pain, putting me in tears and the pain lasted for 2 weeks! Ouch, I know right!? I don’t know what happened but my very first wisdom tooth extraction procedure was pleasant with a private surgeon not related to ABC Dental, but he numbed me and pulled my teeth out in 2 seconds, and it didn’t even hurt after the numbing was worn off!! This was just my personal experience it might of been different for other patients Another thing is that you can not book with the same dentist which is frustrating for me, I rather stick to the same dentist! Some can be amazing and some can be a little clueless. This was just my honest.
Dr Ali was a great dentist for removing my wisdom teeth. He was very kind and educated when it came to deciding which ones to take out. He double checked I was numb before starting the procedure, let me listen to my music to keep me more relaxed, and he removed two of my wisdom teeth in 19 minutes. I went in feeling anxious and nervous, and as soon as I started talking to Dr. Ali I felt a lot more calm and relaxed as he explained everything that was going to happen, and continuously ensured I was comfortable and happy with the decision on what teeth to remove. Would highly recommend seeing Dr.Ali for wisdom teeth removal, I didn’t feel a thing and was in great hands! Thank you
Well my visits to Miranda have always very pleasant, particularly the last few times I’ve had my apts. Dr Yena is by far the best dentist I have been to. Her friendly warm manner, her attention to detail and her professionalism make her a shining star. Anna, the receptionist extraordinare is wonderful and very welcoming. It’s a true pleasure going to see them!
I had my top two wisdom teeth removed here and the entire process was quick, efficient and well-explained. Both the dentist and assistant/receptionist were personable and caring and I felt comfortable the entire time. I would definitely recommend this business to whomever is in need of a similar treatment.
Great work! Dr. Sarah Wang and team - this was the first time I visited ABC Dental. Dr. Sarah Wang was very friendly, and explained to me the entire treatment so well in layman terms. I had always felt a bit nervous when I visited dentists, but Dr. Wang's professionalism and skills made my visit a pleasant one. She informed me clearly of what to expect before each step of the treatment. I will definitely come back again for my future dental needs.
I found Dr Raj to be a friendly, down to earth, and knowledgeable young dentist. Both my appointments have been entirely pain free and informative. He took time to explain the normal aging process, and advised a long term, low intervention dental management plan. 6 monthly checkups are no longer something to put off! Highly recommended.
My dad had is 85 years old and he called me in pain with a bad tooth ache. Dr Jacob was ready to accommodate us in his busy schedule. My dad was determined that the tooth needed to come out but once we were there Dr Jacob took a look and some xrays and determined that the tooth was in good condition and the gums likewise. He gave dad a good clean which immediately helped reduce the pain and sent him home with some antibiotics. Such a caring and compassionate doctor.
