Wowee - what a beautiful hidden gem. We loved our stay.nGreat location. Warm welcome. Some very nice touches - such as the chocolate, soap, and petals on our bed chocolate was delicious. Laundry available was a bonus. Cleanliness brilliant, comfort, amenities, parking everything was fantastic.
I was misled by this being called a motel -- we basically had our own private standalone suite that was very comfortable after trekking in Abel Tasman. Amazing value for the price.
When we arrived to check into Abbey Court, we discovered that the friendly and thoughtful proprietress had kept our room warm so we'd feel comfortable. As we were only a few days into our winter vacation, we were still adapting to the cold. So her kind gesture was greatly appreciated and it warmed our hearts as well.nnOur room was clean; very very clean. And it was a large room with plenty of space to move about. There's even a coat room for jackets and luggage which I've not seen before or during our trip. Usefully there's also a heater installed in the bathroom. Overall, this is one of the better designed and equipped motels I've stayed in.
Great place! We got to check in earlier than it said on the booking which was very nice. The rooms are super clean and modern, providing you with anything you need dishwasher, cooking supplies etc.. We even got some fresh milk when arriving. Overall an amazing place.
Great motel the best we have stayed in , was super clean , the son was super friendly and an all round great motel would highly recommend
