I have rented vehicles from AVR for several years flying into Southampton Airport from the Channel Islands and on every occasion the vehicles are available to be collected fully fueled with no delays with processing paperwork. Excellent service as usual from Abbey Vehicle Rental. Mark is very efficient and the vehicles rented are always clean and reliable. We have been using Abbey for over a year now and will not hire anywhere else for a our regular bookings for our CIC work.

Hired a van from AVR and had to change pick up time to 6.30am due to roadworks. Mark did not quibble and was there at his yard at just after 6am so we could get away prompt. Fantastic service and nothing was to much for him.

Really simple to hire a car. Mark treats you like a real person, and not just a number like other car rental companies do. The car I was offered was a really nice Kia, and easy to drive and clearly looked after. The whole process was simple and easy, and I completely recommend AVR to others.
