Extremely friendly and patient staff under very trying circumstances. Only one counter attendant, a symptom of Covid presumably, she couldn’t have been more helpful even though she had a queue of people waiting. The friendly manageress ensured each person waiting was informed of wait times and checked paperwork. Congratulations to them both for keeping a relaxed atmosphere, especially important for people taking their learners tests.
Just had to renew my license with the friendly helpful ladies at AACentre Orewa. So fortunate to have the centre in our town so convenient! Feeling grateful...
I sent my sons up to the Orewa branch of the AA to sit their driver’s license, they were very friendly and interacted well with my boys. They were very clear at the end about everything they had done well and where improvements were needed, which was great for me as their mum to hear. Highly recommend, we are from the North Shore
The place was extremely busy with a long que but staff were working very hard to help everyone, and we're still able to smile and even have a laugh. My problem was sorted very quickly and it was made surprisingly easy.
Absolutely terrible customer service and rude receptionists. Wouldn’t even let me ask a simple question before telling me to leave as I didn’t have a mask. Wouldn’t supply a mask, so they were basically saying I had to leave and go and buy a mask when all I wanted to do was ask one simple yes or no question. Very rude and disappointing, won’t be coming back here I’ll be taking the time to travel to another AA where they will be more respectful around people who don’t wear masks, or could have been for a medical reason but they wouldn’t even let me explain. Disappointing when you’re taking time out of your day to travel somewhere to enquire about something.
I went in today to renew my driver's license. The person that took care of me was extremely pleasant and helpful. Excellent experience!

Well, I'll just blame covid. Slow,service ,few staff have any sense of humor. Funny I was in there 9yrs ago. And just the same. Sorry room for improvement.
