It was better today then the last 10 weeks that  my assorted benefits have been under review/cancelled, then disability under review for weeks affecting my MONIES then lastly finally granted.

I had 2 times to request to support after I stop working and I have a kid 3 years old with but they didn't care just closed my file application form of international. Her name Aileen are not telling me anything after got all my documents and intend to wrote my name email incorrect.  I went to brunch queen Street and asked my application they were just closed it. And put me site in font computer to apply a new client number. But they were support all family that they never working.

I have received a confirmation text for an appointment at this address, but the place still closed. which place should I go?

Nice and easy. Scan QR code, vaccine pass not needed and get processed one at a time. For me just 2 minute wait then got my query resolved in a few minutes. Nice

I went here today to speak with a work broker. the front desk staff were so nice, polite and funny. it was a nice change to what im used to when dealing with work and income.  As for the reason i was there, the work broker was awesome, very informative and helpful.

Went to this office today and the security guard told us that the office was closed and has been closed for the whole week with out giving us a proper real reason we had to drive to dominion road work and income to just get forms totally pathetic avsolutely appaulimg service... very bad and thia is my own wimz office that ive been going to for over a year.

I am not from Auckland originally, and i have been on maternity leave for 6 months now, my paid parental leave has finished and i have been into the Auckland Queen street Branch to apply for some financial assistance. My concern and complaint comes from great distress, i walked into book an appointment with my client number and ask question at the reception. This was the most uninviting experience i have had in a government office, i am really taken back at the way they looked at me and treated me, i left in tears. I never raised my voice or showed  how annoyed i was with the unprofessionalism that the counter lady used, she treated me and if i was a low class citizen for seeking help. I have had 6 months with my new baby and really want to finish my remaining 6months,I really hope you investigate these offices more often. Not everyone wants to stay unemployed, i have been working for 13 years and i pay taxes on everything and to get nothing in return and to be treated like this is unspeakable. Very upset and disappointed in the  work and income office.

About as helpful as a brick in the head. Though, granted, that brick does come with a small pocketful of cash.  Entered vulnerable, desperate, and less than a skerrick of pride left. Boy did I get a wake up call, because I left all those things and more. I imagine working for the Ministry of Social Development means that most of them will have some kind of Social Worker Qualification - too bad it's in name only.  CONSISTENTLY the most unfriendly, agonizing staff to deal with. True, they deal with your average despot on a day to day, but that's their job. I've paid literally tens of thousands of dollars in taxes. I already feel like I'm in the gutter. A smile wouldn't kill anyone here.
