Able to fit me in for a service next day. They didn't vacuum the interior or check the wipers (the back one desperately needs replacing and that wasn't picked up) but those are both things I can do myself so won't lose sleep over it as the service was only $200.

Edit: Was called because of my feedback and they asked me to bring the car back in. I explained that my concern was if the really obvious stuff wasn't done, then what's to say the stuff I can't blatantly see was done also? 

Turned up to pick up the car, they'd vacuumed and changed the wiper blade (which was nice and unnecessary), but that was it as they completely and utterly missed the point that I still don't have any assurance whatsoever that they did the important checks under the hood the first time around.

Worst experience EVER! Been an AA member for years and this is the only shop that puts the name to shame. Called the store and the owner can definitely be friendly alright, but when I left the car to get the oil leak sorted it was fixed (they said) I drove away with this rattling noise, came back to them the next day and they asked me to leave the car for a day or 2. Ok fine, then 2 days came and I was welcomed with the most absurd finding I ever heard ‘it’s your alternator’ hahaha are you effin kidding me?? My husband called our insurance and we were told to get the car out of this shop asap and asked why we ever chose this branch in the first place (coz they are popular, for being unreliable) went to a different shop and only to be told AA didn’t put enough oil (basically they didn’t do their job and just decided to say it had to do with the alternator and it’s gonna cost us) so we paid almost $900 for getting the service in hell. The shop in Lower Hutt fixed our problem in 15mins! And we only paid $45.

Do not take your car here! They had our car for days for our WOF inspection and didn't call us to let us know what was going on two different times even after telling us both times that we'd hear from them by the end of the day! We were put out without a car for days and it could have been avoided. We ended up pulling our car off the lot and having the work done somewhere else. Then, it was Christmas and we were away on holiday. We brought the car back in on the 29th day from our WOF inspection fail and they wouldn't honor our original payment, which they honor up until the 28th day. Absolutely the worst service ever (and excellent service a few doors down-- so don't waste your time or money here!)

I booked my car in to get a cambelt replaced just before Christmas. They promised to email me a quote prior to the job. Four days later, no email. When I phoned to say I was on my way and check they were still expecting me as I’d had no email. They denied making an appointment, had a vague recollection of promising an email but said they hadn’t got the parts or their prices. Terrible service. I’m stuck being unable to drive away on holiday.
