Team is really comprehensive and helpful! They found a failure with my car that other garages did not find until now! They took the time to look closely at it and found a part which was not expensive instead of going for the easy solution to order a new one. They also let me know what was going on at each step of the process! In one word, awesome

Had a couple of CV joints replaced with zero hassle. They gave us a best guess for price and got it pretty close. Staff were even happy to answer my questions and fill in some knowledge gaps of my own.

Unable to manage cost expectations. 

A $3 part needed replacing however access to the part was difficult, involving the removal of several components. I specifically asked A Grade to investigate the cause of the problem and report back on what was involved in fixing it. 

A Grade went ahead and fixed the problem without first giving me any estimate of cost and then presented me with a bill of $935. ($3 for the part and 10 hours labour).

Customer service and managing cost expectations is a vital part of the automotive industry. A Grade have showed they do not possess these very basic customer service skills.
