I was unable to drive my VW Passat and my servicing garage, who has sold me this car new, said we can't help you for at least a month. I told the tow truck driver who suggested Volkspower. There I was advised quickly what they thought was wrong with the car and that they could do tests to validate this diagnosis . Meanwhile I rang VW NZ to complain about my dealer and servicer who soon sorted out that problem . This is where I doubly praise Volkspower as they graciously accepted my car was going back to the dealer. They did everything they could to be helpful and were at all times pleasant. Thank you Marty I really appreciated your firm.

Poor service, rude and absolutely poor communication. Would never go there again!

Had cambelt/water pump and a full service done, work was finished on time and under the quoted figure, they picked up on a couple of small things like numbplate bulb and fixed those. Will likely be back.

We were advised by volkspower that we needed to have the dual mass flywheel in our gti replaced. We organized to have this sorted with our mechanical warranty company who sent an assessor out to look at it once we had dropped it to volkspower, they were then unable to find fault with the flywheel and then called us liars when we pointed out that they were the ones who had advised it was faulty and "showing signs of physical wear" to start with. We suspect they were trying to extort unnecessary work out of us, luckily our warranty company was not so easily fooled. When collecting the car after all of this the owner was extremely rude, said where the car was parked, handed me the keys and walked off with no other acknowledgement. I have never dealt with a company with customer service this poor. Do not be lulled into a false sense of security thinking that this is a reputable establishment! They aren't!

My wife rang them up in the morning as the window in her Bottle had dropped away, she was told to come straight in, the parts were couriered across town and within two and half hours she was on the road again with the window mixed. Great service. Thanks Marty.
