We recently celebrated my son’s 8th birthday at Zone Bowling and Timezone, and it was an unforgettable experience! He and his friends had an absolute blast playing laser tag, bowling, and enjoying the arcade games. The atmosphere was fun and exciting, making it the perfect place for a party.nnA special shoutout to Elysia, our party host, who went above and beyond to assist us throughout the day. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Thank you for making my son’s birthday so special!nnHighly recommend Zone Bowling for a fun-filled celebration! Such a great Birthday Party experience this weekend. The packages were detailed and easy to book online. The kids had a fantastic time! Clean and tidy, the food was great too!nAll the staff we interacted with were friendly and accommodating. Huge thanks to our gem of a party host Siena who was hands on with the kids ensuring they had fun and moved around the activities in a timely manor. Made my day, and the kids day, really easy and enjoyable. Much appreciated :
Thank you to our party host Elysia, our daughter’s 6th birthday she enjoyed her time, food and all the lollies she won thru the arcade. Thank you Elysia for helping thru our time at Timezone
It’s a fantastic spot to bring your children for a variety of activities, such as arcades, laser tag, bowling, bump cars, and even hosting birthday parties or other events with 3 party rooms available. Additionally, there is a cafe where you can easily order food when you're hungry. The $10 milkshake and chips were a great deal, and the $6.50 coffee and Easter bun were also delightful. The staff members were truly amazing – welcoming, friendly, helpful, and attentive. My kids had a wonderful time during their first visit. One suggestion I have would be to consider hiring additional staff members, as it did take a bit of time to receive my food which indicated a shortage of staff. Your current staff works diligently, but having more hands on deck would likely lead to even better productivity. I also noticed that the men’s restroom was not clean and there was no refill on handwashing liquids. Thank you for your attention to these details.
We brought the Epic Party Package for our lil girls 7th birthday, Riverly-Rose had a blast our host Kahu was amazing, Kahu ensured everything went smoothly and kept us in the loop all the way through! Thank you so much for making this experience so special for our baby, we will be back again x
