Great place for kids and families of all sizes and ages as there's something to cater and entertain everybody.nThe customer service and staff our kind,helpful,beautiful and amazing at there job.nThe Equipment and gear is all new and robust,with heaps of space to move around and enjoy each other's company.nToday was our first day visiting the place and decided to try the 10 Pin bowling .nThe balls were mostly new and the lanes were slightly shorter and amazing,they even had gutter shields available if needed for younger kids. Me and my two boys had a GREAT time and will be comming back.nRecommend to All,for a fun family day out.nthe only downfall is the very limited parking.nThere is barely any parking spaces on-site.nThe parking losses a star, otherwise 4 out of 5 Starz !!
Took my 2 kids to the Arcade during school holidays, and many machines were out of order and some weren’t working correctly after paying to play them. Pretty disappointing since there are very limited machines there already. Would have appreciated the staff letting me know that many machines were out of order before paying. We paid for 2 cards with 30 mins each and we couldn’t use up the full 30 mins. Why advertise school holiday specials when you can’t provide the service?
They have a good range of arcade games and most if not all are only $2 per play which is good value compared to other arcade places.nWe played a round of tenpin bowling which was fun.nThe layout inside the building is not the best; there were dining tables in front if the stairs to go to the 2nd level where the bowling and main toilets are located which made it difficult to access at busy times.
Thoroughly enjoyed the arcade area and bowling. Clean facility and reception person friendly. As for the cafeteria was impolite service and food was poor standard. Pizzas were close to doughy and just gross the two flavours we ordered. Service and food in the dining area needs improvement
What an awesome experience the kids had here. We were welcomed by this lovely lady with such a calming accent, turns out she's is Belinda the manager, thank you so much for your awesome customer service, must be nice to work with a manager that actually knows how manage a place, especially a busy place filled with kids and the staff were great too. Oh and thank you to the chef who made our pizzas they were so delicious! So if you come here definitely order some pizza and know this place is operated by an extremely awesome Manager Belinda nnAlso the bathrooms were clean too
