Besides the outdated interior the customer service here is excellent. The team at the desk from 3pm onwards was super nice on the 2nd of August. Thanks for making the day enjoyable
Don’t ever bother to go here during day time!! The Asian guy at the receptionist just sits on his phone the whole time. We’ve asked for assistance 3 times and he just shifts us around and returns to his phone‍the night shift crew is awesome and would attract more customers then the day shift staff
Came with family had a game of bowling, great fun. Service was good aswell the price good place also has arcade area, pool tables, clean toilets, and food that is reasonably priced, good to have when competing. Good place and service. Recommended.
Went today after checking Timezone Manukau which was way too packed.. This place was nice n quiet, pretty old skool - The lanes were good the balls are abit old n out of shape.. The Timezone area still had the Ol Daytona cars- reckon the place could do with a wipe down like clean the dust off! It’s aaiigghhttt!! Not great but you and your group can make it happening
This the place where you don’t require any bookings to be made for bowling lane you just walk-in and you will get the lane available fast and same with snooker tables. Liked playing in there not that bad some days is fun place, staff is also easily available to talk or ready to help you also tell about if any offers going like on drinks.
