Story

- HOLISTIC YOGA -

Hi, my name is Debbie! I hold a Diploma in Yoga from Wellpark College where I trained in traditional Hatha Yoga. I have since become certified in Restorative and Prenatal Yoga with Bliss Baby Yoga.

I first tried yoga about 16 years ago when I suffered with back problems from my job as a beauty therapist. It was the only thing that helped relieve the constant tension I was experiencing and I soon looked forward to getting to my weekly yoga class!

Years later my practise deepened and I decided to delve into a one year Diploma of Yoga. I came out the other end being able to share my passion with others and allowing them to reap the many benefits that a regular yoga practise can provide your body, mind and soul.

* Group Yoga Classes

Enjoy one of my regular Hatha Flow Yoga classes to bring balance and vitality to your day.
Please enquire for prices, times and locations, as they are subject to change.
General classes include asana, breath awareness, and relaxation.
Suitable for all experience levels.
BYO mat.

Currently running an open community class every second Sunday of the month at Deep Creek Brews and Eats in Browns Bay. Class is free, BYO mat. Please contact me for more information.

* Corporate Yoga

De-stress with workmates over a Hatha yoga session.
Enquire about a workplace yoga experience.
Regular weekly sessions available or one off corporate events.

* One on One Yoga

Private yoga session tailored for your holistic needs, in the comfort of your own home.
Ideal for Prenatal Yoga as your bodys needs are constantly changing during this very special time.
By appointment only.
$80 per hour.
Subject to travel.
Yoga equipment provided.
