Tonia has been responsive and prompt for actions. I had to change my address and she was very accommodating. She followed up and made sure that I would get my ordered goods and also offered alternative solutions options. I tried to find the products I wanted in other websites and actual health shop in town and could not find anywhere that everything I need, apart from NZHEALTH store. Happy to purchase again and highly recommended.

This team is so efficient and amazing everytime. Very skeptical to begin with because they weren't one of the 'big wigs' however I have been ordering my products from them for the past 2 years and my package arrives within days, if not the very next day. Much more affordable than our local chemist and add a free gift unexpectedly now and again :

After ordering products from NZ Health Store and receiving no confirmation of them being sent after 3 working days, I contacted them to find out why, only to be told that the items were out of stock at the time of order - although this was not noted on their website. Therefore it was my reasonable expectation that these items should have been shipped the first working day after the order, but instead they arrived later than expected, and after we had left for holiday, and were then stolen from our mailbox. While the latter isn’t this companies doing, their lack of transparency around the products they have and don’t have in stock, and their lack of communication about this was extremely disappointing – as was spending $80 and receiving nothing. Had I known they weren’t in stock, I would never have placed the order.

Very poor customer service. I order a serum and it look more than 10 days to “arrive” because they were out of stock but I had to ask them because I didn’t receive any email saying that. Later I got and email saying that the parcel was arrived but it didn’t. When I contacted them, they just said I had to go to the police because there was a thief in my neighbourhood. After a week and many emails complaining and no getting any answers, one of my neighbours or maybe the courier delivered the item at my address so there was not thief and I NEVER GOT ANY APOLOGIES FROM TJE COMPANY which shows more than clear their poor customer service

Wonderful products at Competitive prices and the very best service. Recommended

Order still hasn't come it's been a week I email them and no reply I call during hours they say there open and no answer do not trust them
