Friendly staff! I don't typically go to Z but heard iced matcha was served here so had to try. Also bought the banoffee frappe. The banoffee frappe was decent. The matcha on the other hand was weirdly thick. It was more like a shake with ice in it than a latte, wasn't really a fan unfortunately. Other than that, pretty standard servo
I recently had the unfortunate experience of interacting with an employee at your establishment during a night shift, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. The individual in question, an older gentleman, exhibited a shocking level of unprofessionalism and rudeness throughout our interaction. Not only did he fail to communicate effectively, but he also responded to a simple inquiry about purchasing four rolls with an unnecessarily dismissive and hostile attitude.nnHis behavior was highly disrespectful and inappropriate, leaving a negative impression that will not be easily forgotten. It is extremely disappointing to encounter such poor customer service, especially from someone who is representing your business. I will not be returning to this establishment, and I will make it a point to warn others to avoid it as well.nnSuch behavior is not acceptable in any professional setting, and I strongly urge management to reconsider his role, as it reflects poorly on the reputation of your establishment.
No parking. Looking semi abandoned with the lack of care taken Into looking after the outer establishment. Gasped at them having no hot food! What gas station has no hot food at 9am. Nom nom fuel tho at least.
Z PETROL SERVICE IS is an excellent excellent place . to get Air Air for your tyres. Buy Petrol . FRIENDLY STAFF.
I always love the staff here. Always friendly and keen for a chat if you are, but also happy if you're in a tap pay wave n gap-it mood. Z just needs 98 Octane which is out of the staff and managers control for a car I can no longer afford to run but too arrogant to sell sorry kids! Marmite on plasterboard again tonight!. The majority of the time there seems to be a free pump ready to go even if you have to race the other car waiting for the one that's just become free and shamefully remember your petrol cap is on the other side DON'T LOOK AT ME!.
