Absolutely fabulous staff. I'm sure they recognise my car and know I have mobility challenges.nI use the fuel pump app from the car and by the time I've finished, there's a staffer waiting to fill up for me.nTop marks for the 5 service.nThis is why I'm a returning customer.
During the 12c off a litre promotion I topped up our family car well over a $100 and saved our $15 reward voucher for this occasion.nnThe attendee blonde, late age lady that served me messed up the transaction. Somehow she applied the $15 reward discount then removed it from the transaction.nnHer colleague asked her multiple times to contact the service desk to fix the issue, which she declined multiple times.nnAs a result, I was 20 minutes late to work, lost the $15 rewards and had to pay the full amount so out of pocket an extra $30 dollars.nnBP advice was to come back another day to resolve this. So trusting this I did, only to be informed by another employee that she had done this to multiple other customers and there is nothing they can do.nnHe provided me the rewards service centre number to follow up myself. Still working for resolution, rewards are less than helpful on the matter and quick to close the case without refund oer further support.nnPoor form and terribly negative customer experience for BP, Woolworths and their 'Rewards' brands.
Always friendly and efficient staff. Have been able to get help opening the petrol cap when I can't due to arthritis in my hands. Well planned and spacious pump area plenty of space for turning, parking etc. Sells food and drinks; hot and cold items. Has a restroom.
