My friends and I were in this bp, casually looking for drinks and snacks for the school day, none of us were being disruptive. As I went to check out my friends were standing back as to not look like they were line, one male adult worker yelled at them and told them if they were not buying anything they could not be in the store, there was only 2 other people in the store other than us. Absolutely terrible customer service yelling at a group of teenage girls who just wanted to go and get some drinks for school.
I went to the BP this morning, My friends and I were there to get a drink before class. We were browsing, not being disruptive as we try to respect the workers and other customers, as we are regularly there and have never had issues before. As my friends were getting their things to purchase, we were yelled at for no apparent reason by a male worker to leave if we weren't going to purchase anything, despite the fact we had goods in our hands. We left without our things. Terrible service.
Marlene has great customer service skills and is very helpful & kind. Very welcoming smile and goes above and beyond while catering to my needs
Always have lots of variety drinks available nice and clean toilets, love the donuts section..easy pre-pay petrol from your car option..very handy when you in a hurry, pre-order coffee yummy
I wish I could leave no star. Ordered coffee at 7.29am, pick up time was 7.39am, it's 7.52am, no sign of coffee. Staff was busy in talking with other staff. I was at the point where I was about to leave without coffee. Store was opened with food hot food cabinet empty. Really poor service
