Story

We are Viv + Rachel. And we’re here to help you get your head around real estate!

Viv is your grandmaster, having been in real estate since 1986. She is your negotiator and analyst of situations.
Viv’s living the easy life on the Taieri Plans where she and her husband, Neil, enjoy gardening, cruising around on Neil’s motorbike, and listening to the tui’s & bell birds while reading.

Rachel is your buyer’s agent, marketing strategist, online content provider, and hunter of innovative ways to improve your real estate game.
Rachel has moved to Mornington, where she is renovating her home with her builder husband, Keegan. She is a travel junkie, TV buff, and wine & cheese enthusiast. Her (fur) baby, a large black lab, called Roux, loves to come for office visits!

Together we make a team that is living our passion, helping you understand and enjoy the real estate process.

Our goal is to change the way you think about real estate agents, and real estate, by giving you the information you need so you can gain the confidence to buy or sell a home. Having you choose to work with us to buy or sell is just the icing on the cake.
