Beginning her real estate career in 1995 with Don Kindley Real Estate, Kay immediately and consistently proved herself as the company's top performer. And when they joined the Ray White franchise in 2002, she became No.2 for sales figures in New Zealand across the entire brand.
Kay moved to Harcourts in 2005 - much to our gain. She's a highly respected and valued sales manager and consultant and she regularly tops our sales leaderboards.

After completing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography and Economics at Otago University, Kay travelled for 10 years working in the hospitality and retail sectors. And, after returning home to enjoy New Zealand and see more of her family, she became a home owner. This opened her eyes to the joys and stresses of buying and owning property. Since then, she's also sold: these experiences were crucial in the development of her consultancy style.
