Friendly,͏ honest and professional in every way! Our experience with Taylor and Strong was nothing short of amazing. After living in our home for 38 years the thought of selling was daunting. We commend Nidd agent Graeme Pennell on his professionalism, candour and for his advocacy during the sales process. As first home buyers, we visited a number of open homes, and for us, Graeme was a stand-out agent. He was attentive, warm and welcoming during the open homes, and took care to also address our families to ensure that everyone viewing the property was fully informed. Having an agent who is attuned to this level of detail and took steps to ensure that everyone was well-looked after was fantastic. Graeme also took steps to keep us updated during the sales campaign in a transparent manner, and personally took us through the preparation of our offer. As a property lawyer by profession, many agents leave buyers to their own devices. Aside from leaving the door open for things to go wrong, we felt it was a positive and reassuring measure to have Graeme take us through this step of the process and allow us to express why purchasing the property he was selling was important to us. Highly͏ professional team at Taylor & Strong! We were very impressed with all the transactions Taylor & Strong had done with us on the purchase and sale of our homes in Dunedin. Liaising mostly remotely via online channels as we were based in Singapore during the sales activities only showed how incredibly detail-oriented and competent they were. Taylor & Strong showcased our Moreau Street home in such a pristine manner via their marketing packages like home staging etc. and was very swift with the negotiations with the potential buyers when we had met in person. Time was of essence when dealing with the team and they delivered efficiently and was a real pleasure to work with.
