Do not reccomend this company at all. Dont waste your time dealing with them. Wish I had of looked at their reviews before ordering. On 2nd December I ordered a tail light online, hadnt got any updates in a few days so I rang to be told it hadnt been sent as they thought it might be the wrong part? Told them it's the right part and he said he would sent it straight away. Three days later I received an email telling me that my part is damaged and my order has been cancelled. After a few emails and one phone call my money still hasnt been refunded with the excuse the boss is oversees and staff cant do refunds. Item is still listed as available on their website ‍ nothing but a headache dealing with this company. The least you could do is refund my money after mucking me around and not supplying me with the part I needed.
Fraud. Tried to give me the wrong size of tires than I bout and prepaid on trademe. Twice, I mean 2 different sizes, 175 instead of 165, then another completely different one… then the guy left for a “pickapart section” for 1 hour to seek the right one for me,finally brought the right size but another brand - Goform which is much cheaper than Hankook I bought. Didn’t offer me discount saying apologies or something, instead, tried to make impression they are giving me the right ones. And all of that happened despite I rung them 2 hours prior arrival and they confirmed over the phone they have my order ready. Also, Didn’t give money back, said:”request from trademe”. Moreover,the place look terrible. The tires they sell also looks very low quality with beaten glass on them, etc.
Hopeless.couldnt really be bothed supply parts.due to not being easy to remove n stopped replying to my email..language barrier problem .had to ring them to get i can,t bw fkd attitude. Wouldnt waste my time and days again
Quoted me $80 for a mirror. I drove to Manurewa and he claimed he had quoted for a different mirror and price was now $95. This despite him getting my reg number so he could get the right model. Zero integrity. Avoid.
Better communication, said they would text me payment details, but no communication so far. Parts are simple and model and price were confirmed in initial call. Not sure what I am further supposed to do. I was not asked for any detail I did not provide and very simple parts they said they have avaliable.
Was so happy to do my business there beat many other hands dwn n price iv all ready sent friends there to buy and have spread the word
Great service service and helfull staff I called for car removing service. Totally satisfied they paid cash for my car and picked up on time Highly recommended
Had to wait a while but very helpful
Good variety of stock. Friendly down-to-earth staff . Reasonably priced parts unlike some other wreckers think they are running dealership. Could use a bit of improvement with putting their stocks in order. Finding a right part might take a bit of luck which makes visiting this guys unexpectedly funny experience.
