Where do I start!! Everything about SsangYong is AMAZING. Since the day we walked in, the staff here have gone the extra mile for us. We were looked after by the best of the best ,JACOB. He was very honest, very helpful and his customer service skills are top NOTCH. Nothing we love more than being looked after by staff with great people skills. We are overwhelmed by the service provided to us by Jacob and REN. First ever car dealer that gave us options and were willing to work with us to make something happen.A huge thank you also to the accountant Ren for never giving up on us and for going over and beyond to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted. Absolutely shocking after sales service including workshop fixing new car faults to actually getting a simple warranty service check which was quoted within 90mins to be told 4 hours later they hadn't even started.  I'm self employed 35yrs if I ran my business like this I'd go Bankrupt. They just don't care

I was sold a Demo Ssyangyong Rexton two years ago:  In two years these are the issues we had:  1 Leakage in Engine 2 Aircon/heater stopped working 3 Brake pads completely worn out 4 Sun wiser light faulty have been chasing that for more than a year 5 There was a bulb that was damaged also  I bought this car for nearly $65K, mainly for the purpose of higher safety and comfort of my kids. It's exactly the opposite, the amount of inconvenience we have had with this vehicle is horrendous.  On top of that, it is impossible to get hold of a manager. With no acknowledgment that I did not deserve to have a faulty car after paying so much.  Our family had purchased a Nissan X-trail and Mazda CX-9, for a similar amount they are a much better choice. Have had no mechanical issues with them at all.

Kia ora SsangYong, where to begin Jacob, excellent sales person rep knows his stuff easy going.  Ren Martin differnently knows her job. Honestly I did not have to wait long the process was so quick amazing, pre-approved wait time 1 hour 30 minutes roughly. So yes my experience on that day is the best to date. I recently purchased a vehicle from Ssangyong Takanini and found the staff exceptionally friendly, helpful and honest. Without doubt the whole experience was one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Julio was the salesperson who looked after me and made the whole purchase enjoyable. I felt I was listened to and his approachable attitude was top notch. Highly recommend the whole team at Takanini. Oh did I mention how much I love my vehicle…….so happy, cheers team

After sales service was horrific.  We bought a Ford Ranger back in March, absolutely love it. However, we were advised that the bonnet protector needed to be replaced which was fine and we were told that would be done 2 weeks later. Within the first week of having the vehicle, a few of the fog lights weren’t working. I informed the sales rep and he said he would get it sorted. After around 3 weeks of not hearing anything back I texted the rep again, he said he would follow up with the parts department. I didn’t hear anything back after that. 2 more weeks go by and still nothing. I followed up again and just got the same response. ANOTHER 2 weeks goes by and I text the rep again saying we haven’t heard back from the parts department. This time I don’t get any response. After about 2 months of waiting I just decide to call straight to the service department. They tell me the bonnet protector has been sitting there for a while and they didn’t know anything about the fog lights. They eventually get me booked in to replace the bonnet protector and for them to take a look at the fog lights. Up until now we are still waiting for the fog lights to be replaced and none of them have been working for a while now. These aren’t serious issues but proactive customer service was lacking big time. So after about 4 months of having the vehicle we still need to take it back to them to get it sorted properly and they didn’t offer anything to make up for it. I was gonna wait to put up a review but this was pretty ridiculous for small issues.
