I can't say enough about Shav and the service team; he/they are excellent.  Always keeping us up to date with what's happening with the service.  Giving good information to help us make informed decisions.  A+ service every time since we've owned our Peugeot.

I have owned a number of cars over the years so have taken my vehicles for many services. Southern Autos Manukau Suzuki ticked all my boxes.  To me service is KEY to any business and their service departnent and all the people I have dealt with over the past 3 years have been incredibly helpful and informative.  It makes my day visiting their lot. Even the coffee is fab!! Thanks guys keep up the great work and keep smiling.  We appreciate you.

I was very happy with the staff member  and the service I received. Very friendly and fast.  Even though there was no appointments left but I was fitted in between the times. Amazing and reliable.

5 stars for the service team. Would highly recommend service team with excellent communication and quick work... however would advise against some of the sales team.  Poor service, unclear whether it's because I'm a woman or they feel they have my money already.

Brilliant first impression being greeted the early morning wet weather and put first in line, followed by having my cuppa made for me by the young fellow who made me feel important 5s for him. I think he said Grant? Or Chris? I'm positive I heard Chris cheers. They suggested Dean next door Panel Beater to repair damaged bonnet 2nd week December great.

The staff went over and beyond with service. Nothing was too much trouble and I was treated with the utmost courtesy. I would not take my car anywhere else to be serviced.  Great job. Thank you.

Was not impressed with the customer service on Sunday 19th November. My husband and I walked into the showroom to find a sales person to help us. An Indian salesman sitting on the couch looked at us and carried on playing with his phone….we went outside to look at the cars and came back inside to see if anyone was free to help. Again the Indian salesman looked at us again and still did not approach us to offer any assistance. All I can say is he lost our business and we went to the Botany Branch and dealt with the loverly Matt who was so helpful and made us feel welcomed and help us with our enquiry. Matt got our sale.  So if you information or help…I do not recommend the Manukau Branch. Very very disappointed.

Excellent service, cannot fault in any way. Very accommodating to meet my needs in terms of timing.  The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Great work guys!!!!

Great service. Cost laid out prior to service which was great. Loan car provided was excellent. Great comms & fast turnaround. Very happy with service.
