Story

We are a team of four experienced travel experts based at Terrace Junction Frankton. We are all long time locals with over 50 years combined Queenstown travel industry experience. We have built our business up through a combination of amazing service and word-of-mouth marketing. We are the travel experts the locals use!

Toby has worked in the Queenstown travel industry for more than 15 years. He has spent many years extensively travelling the globe and lived and worked in Canada, USA, UK, Austria and Australia. His favourite destinations include India, Canada, the Pacific Islands and he is keen to get back to Africa to explore Tanzania and Kenya soon.

Fiona has over five years experience in the Queenstown travel industry.
She has travelled from a young age, growing up in Dubai and Taiwan before settling in South West Scotland.
Fiona is all about providing amazing personal service and wants to ensure that each and every customer’s expectations are exceeded.

Shelley became a World Traveller after packing her bags after university and setting out on a round the world adventure. Her restless feet and thirst for seeing new places has led her to over 40 countries.
Shelley is passionate about amazing customer service, and ensuring that every aspect of your travel experience runs smoothly.

Lauren is the newest member of our team. She brings with her a wealth of industry experience and loves to go the extra mile for all of her clients.
