Great service from Phil & his team. We booked a private shuttle to take us up to The Remarkables at short notice as the regular shuttle buses were fully booked. Phil provided an excellent service with prompt, clear and friendly communication. It was great to be picked up/dropped off from our accommodation and to be transported safely up and down the mountain road each day. We also really appreciated the complimentary water after a long day on the slopes
Well what can I say, there's a reason why Haula have a flawless 5 star rating. From my initial contact with Phil months ago, tasked with the job of organising travel for 21 lads for a stag trip for the day up to Cadrona and back down to Queenstown via a Brewery, Phil the director was friendly attentive and answered any questions I had. I gave him a rough idea of numbers the plan we had and he provided itinerary to allow me to work with my plans. Pricing was transparent and fair considering the service provided. On the day we had 2 drivers Christina and Jordan who were awesome! Very friendly had heaps of banter and nothing was too much and they were so accommodating and everything went as planned. And if you happen to be in Christina's van and she asks you to drop a rap beat, do it cos we were all surprised at her freestyle rapping skills which flowed as smooth as the day went for us. If I'm ever back in Queenstown and require Bespoke tailored shuttles these guys would definitely be my first port of call and would reccomend to anyone!! Thank you. We used Haula for transport to and from the Gibbston Valley Concert this weekend. What a great idea this was, both of our drivers Phil & Jordan, were on time and awesome to deal with and communication was perfect. Vans were very clean and tidy. We hired Haula's services for a couple of days of shuttles up to the snow and our experience was nothing short of incredible. Phil is such a great bloke, he went above and beyond to make sure we got to the mountains safely including driving to multiple locations when conditions weren't in our favour. If you're looking for the most reliable, best quality shuttle service in town - this is the one.
We got a shuttle from R&A back to Queenstown for New Years. The staff who helped organize the shuttle was very accommodating and lovely to deal with. On the night we used the shuttle it was made very easy. The shuttles were clean and well organized. Even though the team were extremely under the pump during the busy period they had time for everyone and all work so well together. Keep up the great work : 10/10 would recommend.
Phil came to our rescue short notice after our flight from Queenstown was cancelled! Greatly appreciate you moving things around to take us to Dunedin! Great trip down, lovely scenery and stop offs! We will be back for the rail trail! See you again soon Phil! Thanks again!
Phil and his team delivered a stress free, flexible service for our group. From airport transfers, trips to ski fields, local interest stops pubs and regular updates on changing weather conditions. We could not have asked for a better few days in Queenstown. Supported by Phil and Paul Friendly, professional and lots of fun. We will 100% be returning customers.

We had a cancelled flight out of Queenstown and needed to get to Christchurch to catch a flight back to Auckland. With 5 kids under six and only an evenings notice Phil from Haula came to the rescue. Knowledge of road closures and prospective routes was paramount. Honestly I am shocked that a business and amazing people like Phil exist. Haula was very accommodating with all of the kids, plenty of stops along the way and a fantastic customer experience. I would challenge anyone to find a better company/driver.
