The Work Broker literally screamed at my client because they have ADHD.nnA formal investigation will be carried out and this will not be getting ignored.nnHer reasoning was, if she has ADHD and can 'do it' then apparently so should my client be.nnNeuro diversity has a very large spectrum and she should know this!nnThis is massive!nAnd the public will know about this when it hits headlines and media.
Andrea, this is no way to treat people.nYou used to have compassion.nnThus isn't you, remember who you were before the bitter and anger kicked in.nnYou can't treat people like this.nnMy client says you tried telling them they don't have children or under their care, in anger and questioning while they already had a case manager dealing with the situation.nnA formal investigation will carry out after the right people have been briefed on what you are doing.nnI must mention for legal reason: you have been recorded multiple times and this will be used in the formal complaints and investigation.nnThe ombudsman will also be getting briefed on this.nnWhat you are doing will stop, this is unexpected by both the rules and policy and by society.
Why does the Reception Lady at MSD New Brighton Office yell at me in anger that I have NO kids when I clearly have 2 under my full care and even had them with me in office multi times.nDelusional?nInvestigation into NBO?nnThey put me on $40 a week to get by and to support my children with that much, when I was in need of assistance.nnI'm now feeling like I'm doing something wrong when I state a simple truth:nI have my children under my care.nnI'm nothing but extremely polite to office and am contributing national infrastructure.nnWhat have I done to deserve this?nWhat's going on?
There work Broker and front receptionist Andea and other was shouting at the gentleman who I help as I'm a mental health coach.nThe same thing happened to be previously, and with the same 2 lady's at this office.nThey are vicious and there is clearly a pattern forming here.nnI have encouraged them to responde with mature embodiments of complaints to the correct channels that will take him serious.nI will do the same.nnThis is truly disappointing to see, when the community is trying so hard to come together to move forward with our beautiful society.nnI hope this doesn't just get laughed at as some people are not nobody's and will surprise you on where they come from and who they network with.
The lady on the front counter this morning, 9am 21st Oct New Brighton,was amazing. Polite, helpful and extremely professional. She is an asset to your dept.
