Just to let people know I new to dealing with winz and I didn't have a clue on how to apply for a benefit. After having a meeting with a lady yesterday I was set a fairly big task of gathering my personal history of 56 years. It was daunting trust me, I got as much as I could and went back to winz New Brighton this morning. The lady at the front desk is a super star, she took the time to guide me through my application, I'm sorry for not remembering her name. I would like to personally thank her for all of her help today I definitely couldn't have done it without you. Thanks again winz New Brighton 10/10

Melissa my case manager spent most of the time staring at my breasts. I have had breast cancer, Ive had two breast surgeries, and after 3 weeks of treatment, I had two heart attacks within a year and surgery on my main aorta. She then asked 3 times why I had contracted anxiety and depression. Following that she compared herself and age to me. My paper work was also miss dated by winz and my benefit had expired, fortunately I had the paperwork of proof and it was corrected. All these health issues plus others occurred in the space of under three years. She also asked personal questions and I left in tears no better off. ThanksnHave a great day
People who have read my honest accounts know that thetr truthful.nI have never been so unprofessionaly treated by a person who is totally unsuitable for there position. I felt they tried to totally belittle and degtade while being unhelpful and I'll informed.nOn the plus side all other employees went out off there way to help, and in fact reverse her decisionsnOne unskilled person offten ruins the good work and name of government institutions. My thanks to those who were helpful and curtius. Suggest to the one poorly trained person, take your inner ugliness and negativity alse where........
the staff were very friendly and helpful with a concerted effort to shortena nd speed up the queue! and the office itself is a very pleasant environment.
