Depends who you get on the day. Receptionists are either the most lovely people to deal with, or the complete opposite.
Rude staff, the lady on the reception did not look at me, and was very rude. They guy whom I had a meeting with MIKE, told me he will not waste time as he have other meetings to do, that’s a shame , these kind of phrases he used , and They always said from last 1 month that I will get a call, I never get a call. Visited them many time no good response, very rude customer representatives.nADVISE : Just remember if someone comes to you that means you are worthy and they need help, but they way you guys treat other people not only demotivates them but crush their hope. You are here for helping people in need so please understand the importance of the job and position you are in.
Useless case managers. Never call when you have a phone appt, apparently case managers are always sick which means you won't get your phone appt.
Got harassed by the main old lady there because I asked why there isn't a place to check if our paperwork is correct then checked my own paperwork wich was 200% correct but the form i got from the doctor had ONE BOX that was in a different spot, she raised her voice in front of everyone after bullying me using her position terrible place, takes hours to get simple stuff let alone waiting 40min for an appointment you're early for... THEN got harassed again by the security guards for being frustrated...nnThis place DOES CONDONE BULLYING AND HARASSMENT AS LONG AS ITS AN EMPLOYEE DOUNG THE BULLYING I am SOOOO happy I'm moving away from this horrible terrible place
They have been very helpful to me and to my surprise I was in there a couple of weeks ago and the ladies up at the desks are super helpful and helped me on the spot very fast no mucking around. Thankful thank you.
