Under staffed, every time you go in you get told a different thing by different people, the call centre is absolutely hopeless to try and get to speak with someone, always getting cut off after being on hold for ages, that's if you can even get to be put on hold. When you take your three monthly paperwork into them, it somehow gets 'lost' in the system and you suffer by being told you haven't filled out the forms yet. That has happened on several occasions now.

staff try to help, unfortunately at the bottom life's cheap and poor people are an evil that needs to suffer seems to be the brutal policy's happily causing starvation and homelessness with a friendly smile. expected to live on less than 50$ per week its no life just wasting away until spirit breaks and suicide.
Security staff at the door are lovely. Its a shame about the winz guy that works at the counter. Hes always rude an nasty. Says unhelpful mean stuff, acts like he hates his job shouldn't be working there your meant to help people not hate them.
