The receptionist yelled at my autistic son and then slammed the door into me when I was asking him what did he think he was doing and not to talk to my son like that. The managers had to come out and sort it out. Shocking that he was having a go at my autistic child about something that was not even his fault.
Been have problems sorting the paper work required. I was impressed by the speed in which is was contacted and today was impressed by the person who took the papers from me. She was cheerfull , knowledgeable and exceedingly helpfull. I actually valued which was not what had expected.
Enjoy going to winz 5 xroads as needed, staff are so friendly, welcoming, have smiles on their faces from security personnel to front officers. Assistance provided via msd log on so welcoming and understandable once explained.
