The receptionist yelled at my autistic son and then slammed the door into me when I was asking him what did he think he was doing and not to talk to my son like that. The managers had to come out and sort it out. Shocking that he was having a go at my autistic child about something that was not even his fault.
Been have problems sorting the paper work required. I was impressed by the speed in which is was contacted and today was impressed by the person who took the papers from me. She was cheerfull , knowledgeable and exceedingly helpfull. I actually valued which was not what had expected.
I was here today as support person with my sister and was treated in a well manner way and was offered other seats as their were three of us and all question and answers were all solved at an amzing time manner an would highly recommend this winz
