Found the receptionist easy to talk to and friendly, she suggested another course to pursue to speed up the enquiry. Thank you.
Good parking available, fast and efficient service desk staff, short wait time, and polite security.
I have nothing but good things to say about this particular office, I’ve never had issues with them 95% of the time the staff are lovely everyone had their bad days they have always tried their best to help me out although some things are outside of their control, the system is flawed and broken but they are trying their best with what they have : appreciate the work they do
Been have problems sorting the paper work required. I was impressed by the speed in which is was contacted and today was impressed by the person who took the papers from me. She was cheerfull , knowledgeable and exceedingly helpfull. I actually valued which was not what had expected.
The receptionist yelled at my autistic son and then slammed the door into me when I was asking him what did he think he was doing and not to talk to my son like that. The managers had to come out and sort it out. Shocking that he was having a go at my autistic child about something that was not even his fault.
