The receptionist there seemed really impatient and doesn’t know how things should work. I asked her if it’s possible to get a confirmation letter of my own tax residency for INZ. Instead of telling me to apply for this online, she emphasized that I need to ask INZ to send them an official request and fill in a lot of forms. When I asked her to elaborate, she looked really uninterested.
Came in to get clarity on some issues.nnThe person I spoke to was disgusting. If I spoke to them like that, the police would have been called. Well, I might not jave the violence of the police, but I can make compliants. This person should be fired if there any evidence of a pattern.nnThe three star rating is in reference to the other staff that have been professional. This person was not, they abused their power. Consequences are needed. Complaint has been made.
Absolutely useless, you’d think if someone owes over $1000 to ird from fours years ago they would try letting you know, but no apparently that’s too much work for you! more than happy to pay my underpaid tax but I don’t think it’s right that you can just start taking money from people with no notice.I now have four years worth of fees and penalties because you want to save one piece of paper? try sending a letter once in a while you might find people respond!
Easy to deal with, no problems got a prompt answer to my query.
