Had some useful help with the process for updating my details as a newcomer to the country, was notified of an uncollected refund. The IRD portal works quite well.nnGave my details and was paid next day. Very efficient compared to the tax authorities I'm used to back home.
Pretty useless there isint a call back option anymore!nTried all contact numbers and self service and kept getting told they can't take my call and go to the website! Sort it out as going online can take two weeks for a response.

Why don't they disconnect the phone by saying , we can't answer your phone right now after taking all the info.nCalled 3 times on different times and everytime they disconnected.nWhy is that?? I really need to discuss few things with them.
