I’m fed up with the way Work and Income treats people. Every time I deal with your staff, I’m met with rudeness, attitude, and zero respect. It’s like you forget that people come to you because they need help, not because they want to be spoken down to or made to feel like garbage.nThe way I’ve been treated is disgusting. Instead of support, I get eye-rolls, blunt replies, and a tone that makes it clear you think I’m a problem rather than a person. If your staff can’t manage to be decent to people, maybe they shouldn’t be in a job that involves dealing with the public.nI’m sick of being made to feel like I’m doing something wrong just by asking for the help I’m entitled to. It’s unprofessional, it’s cruel, and it’s not acceptable.nThis needs to change. I want this complaint taken seriously, and I expect a proper response about what’s going to be done to stop staff from treating people like dirt
You need to speed up your wages call time have been waiting for 136 mins when I was told 48 mins not good I work from 8;30 to 3;30 have tried to set other system dn't get help
Unnecessarily overwhelming to deal with, staff often confused on legislation and/or what to do , half of the staff are rude and condescending with only a few compassionate ones who take on extra responsibilities to make up for it. Feels like staff are trained to give you as little support possible rather than actually giving tangible support to get people back to work.

Always have a terrible time when i go there the front desk people are always rude and have a attitude towards me and others when i go in there like today and they say im late im never late to my appointments i always come in on time this is the 6th time this has happened to me and starting to get pissed off by them front desk people fire them idc
