Extremely disappointed with the customer service!nnWas racing into town to get to one item for that night, and although I got there 15 minutes before closing the staff refused to let me. They would not allow anyone in 15 minutes before closing for any reason. Even when promising I would run to get my one item. The one staff member, who I wish I got his name, he looked perhaps Filipino or Indonesian was also very rude and arrogant. Pathetic customer service and I hope the place goes under. Never buying from there again.nnPlease just save money, support a NZ company, and buy from PaknSave- fast better customer service too!
Countdown the number one or one of the best groceries shopping in town. Great value for money and a great deals right of the shelves. Countdown offers a wide range of products for everyone to choose from. The staff members are friendly and helpful. InI personally recommend this shop.

Love all the things that they have. A lot of wine types, and food from other countries like spanish oil
Large enough to stock most of what I shop for with higher prices than down South. Parking is really bad and so congested that there are near collisions every few minutes.
