Horrible customer service! I would be embarrassed to describe the experience. Cheryle and colleague, you made me feel terrible for ever stepping in that place and only to get, “I’m sorry, I need to support my team.” At my expense!!!!! Shame on you.nShame on you that you accuse your customers for your satisfaction! I hope you enjoyed being rude to me and including race where it was not necessary. You need thorough experience and know how to treat people from different divisions of the world without rubbing it in.
Always love coming to countdown tiki. The service is always amazing. Came in today to have a good shop and had the worst customer service I have ever experienced here. The server Kim is extremely rude and throws food that you’re purchasing around because it wasn’t stacked all messy like she wanted. If she can’t service customers with a smile and explain that there is something going on with there terminal then she shouldn’t be operating. Especially if she gonna be throwing customers food around. If you want good customer service go be served by the younger staff teenagers as they have much better customer service in that place.nnPiece of advice if you have machine issues with your terminal and are getting all stressed out about it. I do not recommend taking it on your customers. Learn to handle your stress better.nWouldn’t bee surprised if we had any smashed food or bruised fruit now

A very useful and nicely laid out supermarket. Good parking and a handy collection of other retail outlets too.
Nice clean well presented store to walk into.nDid notice some specials on catalogue are not on special though.nAll aisles pretty wide making it easier to assess.nI always use check out and find staff there very polite and helpful.
