Went in this evening to grab a sweet treat after a hard day but left with my frown turned upside down!! lovely checkout lady with black hair really pretty, and the coolest jewellery served me, she had amazing energy, cracking jokes and it truly made my day. :

My favorite supermarket in whangarei staff are very kind and helpful always heaps of parking too . Very nice staff lady always offers to put my trolly away for me without hesitation :
My daughter blacked out right outside the store window laying on the ground unconscious not one staff member came out to see if we needed help not one staff member seemed to care she was on the ground in the cold unconscious and no one gave a shit
Bad experience there. No bags to put the cooked chicken in. It leaked everywhere. Another box of product burst open. No help from the checkout lady. She was very obstructive - left me to sort out the packing. All she did was moan about how it was her break. The staff cannot take their grievances out on the customers. I am going back to New World. Supermarket shopping is crappy enough without the check out staff adding their bit to the experience.
