I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received today just befor closing time. The female staff member at the kiosk was extremely rude.nnThis behavior was unprofessional and left me feeling disrespected as a customer. I hope appropriate action will be taken to ensure that other customers do not have a similar experience.
Place was a huge supermarket. A good place to shop for some groceries when staying in Rotorua.
Dont go to this store after 4pm.. there's never any stock left and it isnt restocked till the next day.. get in early or go to pak n save or new world..
Someone should solely br assigned to self service and not serving at another counter, so that you do not have to wait for them to finish serving to come and assist if your item is needing approval or there is an issue. I had to wait twice and gave up as it took so long.
There's that Rotorua sulphur smell when entering here. At late night, many things are out of stock which is quite reasonable. Check out is quite fast and the staff are nice.
