I called Porirua store today at 4.13pm asked to speak to someone in Deli and service desk operator said “yeah whatever” and I just hang up the call since like she didn’t even wanted to talk to me. So I called Tawa store and my 10 seconds my enquiry got sorted.
i shop at Woolworths Porirua regularly, but I’ve found the in-store music has become really annoyingly loud recently. It makes it hard to focus on shopping, so I hope they turn it down.
Online delivery is terrible. All together three items missing and can only speak to a chatbot. A refund sometime next week is useless. A supervisor is going to ring me back within 5 hours. Obviously they aren't in New Zealand.
A Sunday evening around 7pm, all checkouts closed, everybody had to que up for the self checkout,,, really Countdown!! Talking with the locals in the que this seems to be becoming a regular thing. Now, even an unmanned service station gives you discounted fuel... just saying lol. Food for thought! Yes, pun intended ‍
It's spacious with as always enough parking space. Some product are cheaper than my usual market place.
