Our dog Tryke loves Woodcote he can't wait to get there and comes home physically and mentally tired and happy. Amanda is awesome and David is fantastic. We thank you for taking amazing care of our boy.
My dog Rufus always loves staying here, the owner Amanda always takes such great care of him and he leaves happy as can be. Highly recommended to anyone needing a place for their dog to stay.
Earlier this year around July I made a booking with the cattery for Christmas / New Year and paid a deposit to secure the spot. I have since emailed, phoned and even sent messages on Facebook to confirm my booking and to get further details around drop off etc. with no response what so ever. I have phoned at least 10 times, emailed at least 5 times. No response from Woodcote Farms. I have now found alternative boarding for my cat and will attempt to get a refund of the deposit I paid although I don't like my chances, as Woodcote Farm do not seem to read their emails or answer their phone. Really disappointing and untrustworthy.
Can be hard to confirm a booking here sometimes as they're always so busy, but its great value, lovely people and Olive always seems to have a good time doesn't even look back when we drop her off and although happy to see us, doesn't appear to be in a massive hurry to leave when we pick her up! Highly recommend this place.
My dog leaves very tired and happy. Just what you need from a daycare! It's a bonus to see pics of the dogs on their Facebook page.
My girls Maggie and Nala love to come here to play and get socialized with other dogs. They are always tired at the end of the day and snooze till bedtime : the staff here are friendly and know there names. They are always excited to see them. Shout out to Monique who I think is just fantastic with especially Maggie who has separation anxiety and is just really sweet to her. So yeah, thank you and I highly recommend:

This used to be my go-to place for dog boarding and I would recommend my friends this place too not anymore! Over time however their attitudes seemed to move away from pet care / customer service towards being money hungry. The last time my dog was there he left with an eye injury- I didn’t notice until I got home no one told me when I picked him up and it was obviously a couple days old. Emailed for an explanation and never heard anything back, so have never gone back since.
