At Pets In The City we put the in "Care" back in Doggie Day Care. Specialists in Doggie Day Care we provide a 7 day service and open from 6:30am weekdays and 7:00am weekends to accommodate the busy pet owners.

Our Pet Taxi service offers a safe and comfortable pick up and drop off service in our new and spacious vans.

Sarah and her team have been absolutely wonderful with our shy pup! Since attending dog daycare care sessions our Luna has really come out of her shell. She is always as happy going to Pets in the City as she is when we pick her up to take her home. I can't recommend highly enough!!

Dog ownership has become so much more manageable with the help of Sarah and her amazing team at Pets In The City. Not only do they keep her clean after she manages to find every muddy hole in the park but they also walk her until she is tired enough to chill out and not chew my furniture! Their knowledge and support while bringing up a puppy has been invaluable. I will always turn to them for her grooming, day care and boarding. I wouldn't trust anyone else with her as I know how much they love her......even when I don't!
Sarah and her team offer a fantastic service. They are prompt, reliable and trustworthy and really care about the dogs in their care. Sarah has a huge depth of knowledge about a large range of dog breeds and how to look after and train puppies and dogs, her advice has been invaluable. I would highly recommend Pets in the City.
We have made use of the pet services offered by Pets in the City twice this year for our 2 year old Cocker Spaniel. The service offered by Sarah and Ed is very good. We first used Pets in the City for day care, and their pick up and drop off service was very handy. They were then able to find a boarding carer for our pet dog at relatively short notice. We received regular updates from the carer who had our pet for a 4 night stay. Our pet came back very happy from her stay. The Pets in the City team were always very responsive to our questions and put the time into finding us the right carer. We will be using the Pets in the City services again.
I take my doggies to Pets for years now. They love their company. Sarah and the team is really professional and caring and I can see how much they love all the pets they get. I also do recommend their grooming parlour! The staff is amazing, always do perfect job on my doggies every time I take them. Thank you so much guys for all your effort, it is much appreciated!!!
My two dogs have been walked, fed, groomed, loved, given bed & breakfast and generally kept amused by Pets in the City for 7 years now and both they and I are delighted with the service. Sarah, Shona and all the girls/boys who work there are the most cheerful, trustworthy and animal friendly people I have ever met. I recommend them to ALL.
Sarah and her team have been a massive help to me and my family since we moved here from Australia bring our dog 'Milo' with us. Milo was fairly traumatized after the long journey but Sarah and the team really helped calm him down and get his confidence back! He not only seems incredibly happy when the 'school bus' picks him up which is always a good sign but the team also show me photos of the games and fun he has in the park with the other dogs. The thing I like best about this company is they are extremely knowledgable about dogs, but treat the job as a lifestyle choice rather than a money grabbing business. The whole team are very passionate about the dogs and are so caring, they are polite and professional too, which goes a long way these days. Thank you all for such a good job!
Our dog has been walked by Sarah and her team for over five years. He absolutely loves going out with them and his ‘friends’. It’s only through Sarah we find out which is his girlfriend of the month! I’ve been so impressed by how highly qualified her dog walkers are and the care she takes in recruiting her team. They are all super lovely and considerate wet muddy dogs are towelled down after their walks. She is also highly experienced and we have often asked Sarah for advice before taking our dog to the vet. My dog has been looked after at Pets in the City creche daily for four years now - since he was 12 weeks old. He loves it there - he comes home happy and is always excited to go again the next day! Sarah and all the team are absolutely fantastic, very knowledgable and experienced and clearly love all the dogs in their care. I have learnt a lot from them and my dog is a happier, better socialised dog for his time with them. I can't recommend Pets in the City highly enough.
