Terrible experience trying to treat with them. They take the full charge of the booking at first, the contract doesn't talk about certain circumstances so its a game of hiding information and then you will have to wait months for promised refunds. Careful with them, now I understand the bad reputation they have all around

I've had the worst experience with this company, they promised I could get my one way fee of $1000 returned as I had to cancel due to covid reasons. Now the company is ignoring my emails. Would not book again.
The slogans on these vans are disgusting! Get them off our NZ roads!
Very good service, staff is very friendly !! We received wat we paid for ! Everything is clear and written on the website and website is very easy to use .
As for an upgrade on the day. We paid a little bit more and got the most amazing van with a rooftop tent. Made for such a fun trip!!
Way below average. Our trip costed us an extra $5,000 for a minimal damage to the vehicle without any proper explanation or even reply from them. They literally hate their customers.
