I go for the burgers here. The fish burger gets a huge piece of battered fish and the hamburger tasted great. You pay a lot more for the same or even less these days at a restaurant or even a burger joint. This is a better option to me!
Had the fish burger today for lunch. Fresh and tasted so good. Definitely recommend.
I don't know what kind of fish that was but I've had fish & chips from Kaitaia to Bluff and that is the worst. Had 2 bites of fish then abandoned it. Chips were ok, albeit a bit oily. Chickens will probably appreciate it though.
very mid tier fish and chips. Lacking flavor and quite oily. I much prefer Johnsonville seafood or Mark Ave. fish and chips. The hot dog had very bubbly batter making it crunchy and oily to eat whereas other places do a nice even coating of batter.
Had really nice takeaways from here. Not greasy, not too thick of a batter and made really quick. Tasted good… The only advice I’ll give is to order on phone or in person, not online as we noticed the prices were much higher on their website. Fortunately we ordered in shop but had checked out menu online first.
