Pleasant stay. Lovely area. Playground across the road. Lovely walkway alongside the river to the next playground. The room feels dated, but it accommodates to our needs. Very clean rooms and facilities. Lots of parking areas. Next time will ensure to go when the swimming pool is open.
A great place to stay. The cabins were clean and well laid out for four people. The staff were friendly and dealt with any issues promptly. We would definitely stay here again if we were in Whakatane. Great location too. A lovely walk into the shopping and restaurant area of town.
We enjoyed our stay as there were a lot of things to do. It's just sad the pool is closed when we stayed there. Shared kitchenette was ok but a bit untidy maybe because of other guests that is staying or stayed. You also have your own cupboard there should be more tables and chairs for others to dine as well.
Absolutely amazing place to camp in my caravan. From the very first contact via email I was impressed by the service, I received very polite and welcoming communication and nothing was a problem. I would definitely stay at this camp again. It was spotless and I could confidently say this is normal. I hired an ebike while I was there and again nothing was a problem and as it was my first time everything was explained to me. Thank you for making me feel welcome and valued it was appreciated. Thank you Tayla you are an asset to the business.
We had a great stay and room was nice and tidy. This was my fourth stay here and noticed a lot of work has been done to park since my last stay and looks really good. Big thank you to our lady at reception, she was very helpful and explained everything that we needed.
