Had great customer service when booking with Riverside! They were really helpful & flexible with what our large group needed. The rooms were just what we needed & great value for money - staying in the tourist cabins & kitchen cabins. Good parking & clean facilities too. The location was walking distance to so much as well.
We stayed two nights with a caravan. Loved the venue and spent a lot of time on bikes. The car never moved! Very clean, tidy, and friendly camp. Nice to have the option of a gravel or grass site when there is a lot of rain.
Lovely walks right there. To the lett you can have the dog off lead and in the water. To the right is town, new world. There's a cute park just out the camp gate. The camp is reasonably priced, you can pay for 1 person not min of 2 adults. In a tent it was too loud for me with the hum of traffic and some kind of factory/machinery. But that's just me loving quiet or the sound of waves.nLovely lady at reception, most helpful. Tidy amenities.nThanks for letting me have my fur baby. Was her first tenting experience.
Lovely Quiet Location. Just a 10 min walk into town or a longer one if you like around the River. Amenities in the park were very good / clean Showers were awesome / Kitchen / Lounge even a swimming Pool. Well Maintained. Looking forward to returning to a Beautiful part of Bay of Plenty. Great place to stay before continuing your Journey!
We enjoyed our one night stay at the Riverside over the weekend. It was great to be so close to the walkway beside the river inlet that lead us directly into town for dinner in the evening and a morning walk.nThe facilities were very clean and comfortable, we would definitely stay again if we are in the area.
