We had a great stay and room was nice and tidy. This was my fourth stay here and noticed a lot of work has been done to park since my last stay and looks really good. Big thank you to our lady at reception, she was very helpful and explained everything that we needed.
Absolutely amazing place to camp in my caravan. From the very first contact via email I was impressed by the service, I received very polite and welcoming communication and nothing was a problem. I would definitely stay at this camp again. It was spotless and I could confidently say this is normal. I hired an ebike while I was there and again nothing was a problem and as it was my first time everything was explained to me. Thank you for making me feel welcome and valued it was appreciated. Thank you Tayla you are an asset to the business.
A great place to stay. The cabins were clean and well laid out for four people. The staff were friendly and dealt with any issues promptly. We would definitely stay here again if we were in Whakatane. Great location too. A lovely walk into the shopping and restaurant area of town.
We stayed 3 nights in our MH with our fur babies. Close to town ,cycleways, sunny spot and the best large MH parks ever. They are beautifully devidedby flower beds.the facilities and meticulously clean and the showers have great pressure and are lovely and hot. Stunning grounds, well manicured. I cant speak more highly of the park. The staff are so friendly,super helpful and do an amazing job. 100%.
Had great customer service when booking with Riverside! They were really helpful & flexible with what our large group needed. The rooms were just what we needed & great value for money - staying in the tourist cabins & kitchen cabins. Good parking & clean facilities too. The location was walking distance to so much as well.
