Whakamarama General Store

I buy my beautiful glass bottled milk from this store for convenience shopping. Usually its a 5 STAR rating experience. This morning however not the younger happy, chatty people running it. A man who was talking to someone else on hands free. I feel he needs to excuse himself from conversation and engage with his customer. It is polite and necessary for the customer to want to come back. A simple 'hello' 'have a nice day' is not much to ask or even a welcome from his own culture would be fabulous. Now that would be a 5 + STAR rating

So friendly and happy always keen for a chat and always wanting to provide for their customers, if they don't have what you want they will go and order it

Got what we needed, fresh clean shop, good looking produce and stock, very friendly staff, limited parking and best drive in and out from The left so as not to have to cross over onto busy highway

Everything I needed was well displayed and easy to access

Whakamarama Fish and chips google has this location wrong Always a treat coming here - great value for money deliciously cooked and staff offer great service ...highly recommend a visit - we go through the day and have a picnic usually
