Excellent service

Awesome customer service highly appreciated and recommended

Always trying to push people into buying things they don't want and pushing you into a corner.  Impossible to get hold of.  Phone is always on answer phone that cuts you off after two seconds and you can't email them.

Staff are very good. They have good knowledge of all areas relevant to the eyes.

Can't remember the name of the lady that did my eye exam, but she was very thorough and genuinely cared about my situation she was lovely and even called me later that day to see how I was doing. That's 5stars from me.

Totally unsatisfactory. I was sold things I never wanted. Bought specs just before a trip. I complained about them while in Nelson but got no satisfaction. Upon my return nearly twelve months later, they don't want to know about it. I will never return to this company
