The staff here are great. I had the flu and the nurse called me to ask about my symptoms. Due to my poor English, the nurse lady spoke very patiently, slowly and clearly. Thank you very much to the nurse for making me not feel afraid when I am sick with fever.
Everytime I get some prescribed they forget something and I have to pay again for something I already paid has happened over 20 times
Amazing doctors, nurses and reception. Very time efficient in regards to appointments being prompt. Absolutely friendly and professional. The only GP Centre I trust in Rotorua; very clean facilities, well presented, bright and lively, not to mention affordable. If you're looking for top of the top docs & nurses - this is the place. 5 stars for sure!

Doctors and nurses only interested in own income and delusional grandiose self image and motivation.nNo capacity to listen to patient needs. Couldn't even give me my blood type, and a haemeroid prescription in a dozen appointments for these alone. Never even seem to answer their phone.
