My stay at Rotorua Southern Cross hospital, was like a vacation. The most welcoming, friendly, kind, caring and most professional people I ever had the honor to meet. An absolutely awesome hospital, all I can say is WOW! what a lovely experience!!!!!
Absolute best service and care taken with me. I had my gallbladder removed here and the service from the moment I walked in the doors to the moment I left was the absolute best. Every person there gave me such extreme care. Not to mention it didn't feel like a hospital but a warm environment. The food is remarkable and the rooms are so so warm. Best experience!!! Thank you to the amazing staff and surgeon!
Went in for a knee replacement. I can't say enough about the service and care provided here. Awesome staff and facilities. Thank you all for making my stay so comfortable
