This guy takes no responsibility for poor workmanship. Hope they do a proper job the first time because there’s no chance they’ll accept maybe they made a mistake. We discovered one issue after 10 weeks and 3000kms but apparently that’s too long. A couple small issues which alone wouldn’t cause me to complain but Shabby radiator install with missing bolt, Engine cover not fitted properly on another visit which then rubbed on belts melting cover and glazed outside edge of belt. Installed incorrect thermostat which wasn’t really their fault incorrect part supplied but no willingness to help resolve. If you don’t care about your car this place is for you because neither do they!
Went to change the rear brakes of my car and bit of check up on everything really loved the way the staff named Reagan explained about everything.nAwesome service
The service we received at Western Auto Services was friendly, knowledgeable, and effective.nThroughout the whole experience we were met with friendly banter, provided with local knowledge, and reassured that the problems we were worried about were not as bad as we thought.nIt was the best WoF check we have ever received, and I would happily send another car back there!
Top Mechanic's, great service. Friendly atmosphere.
Can't rate these guys highly enough. I'm a mechanic's daughter and know a bit about cars - they communicate really well, don't try to charge for new parts when second hand would do, and told me quite frankly that if I needed new tires another place in town would be cheaper.
